It doesn't get crunchy enough for you and you want a healthy alternative to the greasy chips at the next movie night? Don't despair, ask VEGGIE CRUMBZ! The crispy corners are not only low carb, but also have a lot more fiber - you can snack without a bad conscience.

for 1 sheet

Red crispy corners:

  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g linseed
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 125 mL water
  • 100 g VEGGIE CRUMBZ Red Beet
  • dried parsley or oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • sea salt as topping after baking

Red beet dip:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 medium-sized beetroot cooked
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pressed garlic clove
  • Half a hot chilli (optional)
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup or honey
  • Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp yogurt or soy yogurt

Guacamole Dip:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper to taste

1. Put on your apron, wash your hands and let's go!

2. Mix the sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds and VEGGIE CRUMBZ together with the water in a bowl. Grab your favorite herbs and throw them in the bowl. Don't forget to add a bit of salt and pepper too. Now let the mass swell for about 10 minutes.

3. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking tray with baking paper.

4. Your cracker batter should now be sticking together nicely. Spread it on the baking sheet and cover it with a second piece of baking paper. This way you can flatten the mass with your hands and a rolling pin without any problems. With a thickness of 0.5 cm, the crackers are particularly crunchy.

5. The crispy corners can now bake in the oven for 30 min - 35 min

6. Perfect time to prepare the dips. Simply throw all the ingredients for each dip into a blender - done! If you don't eat the dips right away, it's best to cover the guacamole with a few slices of lemon or lime to keep it from turning brown.

7. The last thing missing is your favorite movie and your couch - good crunch!
