Conditions of participation in the competition
1. Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Ebbe & Food GmbH, Cremon 11, 20457 Hamburg.
The competition will take the form of a co-authored post on the Instagram page managed by Ebbe & Food GmbH at the URL [https://www.instagram.com/veggiecrumbz/] and also in the form of a co-authored post on the Instagram page [https://www.instagram.com/beeneo.de/]. By participating in the competition, you agree to the conditions of participation. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way supported or organized by Instagram. Instagram is merely the platform on which Ebbe & Food GmbH posts the competition.
2. Eligibility
Participation is free of charge. With the participation in the sweepstakes, a sweepstakes contract is concluded between you and us, which is free of charge for you.
Eligible to participate are Instagram users from Germany who are at least 16 years old. By participating, the participant assures that he/she has reached this minimum age. Participation is not permitted for persons under 16 years of age. Employees of Ebbe & Food GmbH and other companies involved in the competition are excluded from participation.
Ebbe & Food GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition for objectively justified reasons, even after the winners have been drawn. This applies in particular to participants who, for example, enter the competition more than once using several e-mail accounts or via third parties (double entry) or who provide false information. Likewise, participants who violate the conditions of participation in any other way, use manipulative aids or attempt to influence the course of the competition by other unauthorized means may be excluded.
3. Procedure and entry deadline
Participation in the competition is possible online via the Instagram page of Ebbe & Food GmbH [https://www.instagram.com/veggiecrumbz/] or [https://www.instagram.com/beeneo.de/], on which participation is called for by a post. In order to be able to participate in the competition, the user must fulfill the conditions for participation listed under the post or mentioned in the post.
The promotion starts after publication of the post and ends with the date and time stated on the post.
4. Prizes
From all participants in the competition, at least one winner or more will be selected by lot by Ebbe & Food GmbH and notified within 48 hours. The number of people who emerge as winners will be determined and communicated below the post. By participating, you have the opportunity to win the items mentioned on the Instagram post. These can be physical, as well as virtual things.
The determination of the winners takes place under exclusion of the legal process. A cash payment of the prize, as well as exchanges are not possible. The prizes are only transferable with the consent of Ebbe & Food GmbH.
5. Notification of the winner
The winner will be notified by Ebbe & Food GmbH via message on the respective channel (Instagram or Facebook). A transfer of the winnings takes place in principle within a period of max. 21 days.
The winner is obliged to contact Ebbe & Food within 48 hours after the notification of the prize if they are not able to receive the prize in person within the aforementioned period. They are obliged to provide a valid address to which the prize should be delivered. Should the winner not be able to receive his/her prize within the aforementioned period and should he/she not have provided any corresponding feedback within the aforementioned period, Ebbe & Food GmbH reserves the right to draw a new winner.
6. Interruption/ termination
Ebbe & Food GmbH reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the competition at any time for good cause. An important reason exists in particular if the scheduled course of the competition is disturbed or hindered. If such a termination or interruption is caused by the behavior of a participant, Ebbe & Food GmbH can demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
7. Liability
Ebbe & Food GmbH is not liable for damages in connection with participation in the competition or with the acceptance and use of the prize, unless the competition provider or its vicarious agents act intentionally or with gross negligence. This shall not affect any claims for damages due to injury to life, limb and health as well as essential contractual obligations.
8. Data protection
When handling your personal data in the context of the sweepstakes, we comply with all provisions of the German Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). All further information, in particular on the type, scope and purpose of the processing of your personal data, can be found in the following data protection provisions for the competition.

1. Introduction
With the operation of the sweepstakes, we process personal data. These will be treated confidentially by us and processed in accordance with the applicable laws - in particular the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). With our data protection regulations, we want to inform you which personal data we collect from you, for which purposes and on which legal basis we use it and, if applicable, to whom we disclose it. In addition, we will explain to you what rights you have to protect and enforce your data privacy.
2. Terms
Our data protection provisions contain technical terms that are in the DSGVO and the BDSG-neu. For your better understanding, we would like to explain these terms in simple terms in advance:
2.1 Personal data

5. COMPETITION AND NEWSLETTER
5.1 Description of the processing
On our Instagram page with the URL [https://www.instagram.com/veggiecrumbz/?hl=de], we are running a sweepstakes. To participate in the sweepstakes, you must follow the terms and conditions listed under the sweepstakes post.
Participation in the sweepstakes is voluntary. By participating in the sweepstakes, a sweepstakes contract is created between you and us, which is free of charge for you. To participate in the sweepstakes, you only need to like, tag people and follow the named companies on the respective platform. In the context of the fulfillment of the contract - namely for the transmission of the prize - we collect personal data from you. After the closing date for entries, we will draw lots to determine the winners from all the likes and comments. The winners will then be notified by Ebbe & Food GmbH via message on the respective channel (Instagram). As the winner, you will be asked to get back to Ebbe & Food GmbH within 48 hours of the prize notification and provide a valid address to which the prize should be delivered. Further communication between Ebbe & Food GmbH and you via email or another communication channel may also contain personal data.
5.2 Purpose
The processing is carried out for the implementation and handling of a sweepstake.
5.3 Legal basis
The processing is necessary for the conclusion and fulfillment of the sweepstakes contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
5.4 Storage period
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. The personal data of the participants provided as part of the competition, as well as further communication with the winners, will be deleted as soon as the competition has ended and the transfer/sending of the prizes has been completed.
5.5 Recipients and transmission to third countries
Ebbe & Food GmbH will generally not disclose your personal data to third parties.
6. SECURITY MEASURES
To protect your personal data from unauthorized access, our Instagram as well as TikTok page is provided with an SSL or TLS certificate by the social network. SSL stands for "Secure Sockets Layer" and TLS for "Transport Layer Security" and encrypts the communication of data between a website and the user's terminal device. You can recognize active SSL or TLS encryption by a small lock logo displayed on the far left of the browser's address bar.
YOUR RIGHTS
7. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
With regard to the data processing by our company described above, you are entitled to the following data subject rights:
7.1 Information (Art. 15 DSGVO).
You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether we are processing personal data relating to you. If this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and to the further information listed in Art. 15 DSGVO under the conditions specified in Art. 15 DSGVO.
7.2 Correction (Art. 16 DSGVO)
You have the right to demand that we correct any inaccurate personal data concerning you and, if necessary, complete any incomplete personal data without undue delay.
7.3 Deletion (Art. 17 DSGVO)
You have the right to demand that we delete personal data concerning you without undue delay, provided that one of the reasons listed in detail in Art. 17 DSGVO applies, e.g. if your data is no longer required for the purposes pursued by us.
7.4 Restriction of data processing (Art. 18 DSGVO).
You have the right to request us to restrict processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 DSGVO applies, e.g. if you dispute the accuracy of your personal data, data processing will be restricted for the period of time that allows us to verify the accuracy of your data.
7.5 Data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO).
You have the right, under the conditions set out in Art. 20 DSGVO, to request that the data relating to you be handed over in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
7.6 Withdrawal of Consent (Art. 7(3) DSGVO).
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time in the case of processing based on consent. The revocation applies from the time it is asserted. In other words, it has effect for the future. The processing therefore does not become unlawful retroactively as a result of the revocation of consent.
7.7 Complaint (Art. 77 GDPR).
If you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can exercise this right at a supervisory authority in the EU member state of your residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement.
7.8 Prohibition of automated decisions/ profiling (Art. 22 GDPR)
Decisions which have legal effects concerning you or which significantly affect you must not be based solely on automated processing of personal data - including profiling. We inform you that we do not use automated decision-making including profiling with regard to your personal data.
7.9 Objection (Art. 21 DSGVO).
If we process personal data from you on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO (to protect overriding legitimate interests), you have the right to object to this under the conditions listed in Art. 21 DSGVO. However, this only applies insofar as there are reasons arising from your particular situation. After an objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms. We also do not have to stop processing if it serves the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims. In any case - also regardless of a specific situation - you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing.
