Working Student Position

We are looking for a committed and experienced working student (m/f/d) to join our team and help us further increase the visibility of our products and brands and to support us in our daily business.

Yout tasks:

- Creation of creative and target group-oriented content (images, videos, texts) for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

- Support in planning, implementing, and analyzing campaigns
- Monitoring trends and new platforms to develop innovative content
- Community management: commenting, responding, and interacting with our followers

- Support our marketing and sales team in day-to-day business activities.

- Handle sample shipments to customers, maintain and update data in the system, and assist in creating sales materials.

Requirements:

- You are enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Media, Communications, Design).

- Creativity, a strong sense for trends, and an eye for aesthetics.

- Experience with social media platforms and content management tools.

- Ideally, knowledge of image and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

- Independent, structured work style and enthusiasm for digital communication.

- Very good German and good English skills.

QA Manager for the Food Industry

(m/f/d)

Full-time position

Ebbe & Food GmbH is a developer and supplier in the food industry, known for high-quality and innovative plant-based products. While primarily acting as a supplier, we also have our own consumer brand, “Veggie Crumbz.”We are looking for a committed and experienced Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team and help maintain and further develop our high quality standards.

Your tasks:

- Responsibility for the implementation and continuous development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001, IFS, or BRC.

- Preparation of internal certifications.

- Conducting and monitoring external audits as well as hygiene inspections.

- Conducting sensory analyses.

- Creation and maintenance of quality documentation and specifications.

- Supporting employees with quality assurance-related questions..

- Monitoring compliance with legal regulations and internal standards in production.

- Analysis and handling of customer complaints as well as initiation of corrective actions.

- Collaboration with other departments to identify and implement quality improvements.

- Collaboration with external laboratories.

Requirements:

- Completed degree in food technology, nutritional science, or a comparable qualification.

- Several years of professional experience in quality management within the food industry.

- Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (ISO, IFS, BRC).

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central as well as Xentral in use).

- Confident handling of macOS is a plus.

- Good written and spoken English skills.
